The Google October 2023 spam update was similar to other updates we have seen Google roll out. The purpose is to remove pages or blog posts which do not follow EEAT and are low quality.
Low quality pages could be for example pages which use duplicated text, cloaking, or just simply “content thin” pages.
This just simply means, whether you adding a new main page or blog post the work needs to be good quality and follow Google’s EEAT guidelines.
